Natural Hygiene, Elimination Communication (EC), Nappy-Free, Pottying... whatever you want to call it, is a healthy, gentle and hygienic alternative to full-time nappy use. Meet together with other parents in Wellington who have chosen this nurturing option for their babies.

Here is a photo of our daughter Zoe on her potty at 2 months old (not a good one actually but she looks happy enough!) We have "pottied" her since newborn and have been amazed at how Zoe has communicated with us when she wants to pee or poo, and how we have learned her signs for when she wants to go.
