What NZ women have said about La Bassine birth pool

Hi Vida, the pool is safely here and... I'm stoked - it's everything I hoped it would be and means the women I work with can birth in water any time, any place, no drama! Very keen now to donate one or two to our big base hospital which is woefully under-resourced for natural physiological birth. As well as appreciating the pool, I have to say the accompanying information was an unexpected and huge bonus - particularly the extra items shopping list!! Many thanks for the pool & your great service.

While my birth experience was not the peaceful, opening like a flower birth we all dream of, I did have a wonderful home water-birthing experience.  Both the midwife and back-up were absolutely taken with the pool and are recommending it to their other women.

That pool is great - cheap and easy to use... good size and strong enough to lean on or push against the edges. Highly recommended!!
